About The Trip

River Karnali (Holy Water from the Sacred Mountain) is the most favorite river for rafters as well as the guides alike. The journey of 180km runs through some of the most beautiful canyons found in Nepal. A great variety of flora and fauna, dense tropical forest and petit remote villages passes as we negotiate with the huge rapids, twist and turns of our raft. It is a demanding trip with huge rapids which are frequently there all the way. A technical river, that gives us a memorable white water river rafting experience. As the put-out point is reach one may visit the Bardia National Park which is ideally situated. The wildness of the river increases dramatically after the monsoon rains and the biggest rapids are formed between the narrow canyons where chances of raft flip are more. A short trek to the put-in point makes this trip a complete adventure package.

Day By Day Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive Delhi IGI Airport: On arrival met by representative and transfer to hotel. Overnight hotel at Delhi.
 
Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing-Delhi-Katmandu: Full day sightseeing of New and old Delhi historical monuments also including the parliament house, India Gate and the National Museum. Evening transfer to International airport. Fly Delhi Kathmandu. Arrive Tribhuvan International Airport in Katmandu and be met by representative and transfer to hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
 
Day 03: Kathmandu: Acclimatization sightseeing: Spend the day on a guided tour of sacred Tibetan stupas and monasteries. Overnight at the hotel.
 
Day 04: Kathmandu- Kalyandada- Kareleghat : Morning after breakfast transfer to airport and fly Kathmandu-Kalyandada. On arrival met by the team and 02 hrs drive to trek point, we do a wonderful trek to put in point; Kareleghat. On arrival at the camp at the put-in point we relax and in the evening we have the orientation meeting, questions and answers about technical issues etc. Overnight camp at Kareleghat.
 
Day 05: Over the wild river: Overnight camp.
 
Day 06: Over the wild river: Overnight camp.
Day 07: Over the wild river: Overnight camp.
Day 08: Over the wild river: Overnight camp.
Day 09: Over the wild river: Overnight camp.
Day 10: Over the wild river: Overnight camp.
Day 11: Over the wild river: Overnight camp.
Day 12: Reach put-out point; Chisapani: We finish the expedition at Chisapani; the put-out point, which is about 10 hrs drive from. Overnight camp.
 
Day 13: Chisapani - Pokhara: Drive from Chisapani to Pikhara, a long drive through beautiful scenic places. Overnight hotel at Pokhara.
 
Day 14:  Pokhara-Kathmandu -Delhi: Fly Pokhara to Kathmandu. In the evening departure transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport fly Kathmandu to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi met by representative and transfer to hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 15: Delhi-Home: On time departure transfer to International airport, fly Delhi-Home.
