About The Tour
The Nubra means "Ldumra" (the valley of flowers). It is situated in the north of Ladakh region. The overland route to Nubra passes through world highest motorable road, Khardong la pass (18,380 ft). The villages look pretty with greenery, willow and poplar tress. Till partition Nubra valley was one of the trade center on the ancient famous silk route. The Bectarian Camels (shaggy double hump Camel) can be seen around sand dune, between Deskit and Hunder village, which was used on ancient Silk route. There are monasteries of Deskit and Samstaling to visit. Travelers are required to obtain permit to visit Nubra valley. This tour can be organized for 3-4 days.

Day By Day Itinerary :
| Day 01: |
Meeting and assistance on arrival at International Airport. Transfer to Hotel in New Delhi. |
| Day 02: |
Aug: Arrive Leh
Morning arrive at Leh airport. Met by representative and transfer to Guest House. Day complete rest to Acclimatize. Since you will be flying from a very low altitude to Leh which is at an altitude of 11,500 ft above sea level it is highly recommended that you take complete bed rest. Dinner and overnight at Hotel.
Acute mountain sickness can occur to anyone at an altitude above 10,000 Ft. from the sea level. The most common symptoms of acute mountain sickness are headache disturb sleep, loss of appetite, nausea, coughing, irregular breathing, breathlessness, lassitude and lack of concentration. |
| Day 03: |
Leh: Introductory sightseeing
Morning after breakfast leave for sightseeing of Shey, Thiksey and Hemis monasteries. Evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Hotel. |
| Day 04: |
Morning after breakfast leave for village of Sabu to visit the famous Oracle of Sabu. Continue visit to the Leh palace, Sankar village and Shanti Stupa. Dinner and overnight at Hotel. |
| Day 05: |
Leh Nubra (126 Kms./ 06 Hrs.)
After breakfast leave for Nubra Valley over Khardungla ( highest motorable road in the world). Arrive by lunch. After lunch visit Panamik hot water springs and Samstanling. Dinner and overnight at Hotel / Camp. |
| Day 06: |
Nurbra Valley. Morning after breakfast visit Hunder and Deskit or go for a camel safari. Dinner and overnight at Hotel/Camp. |
| Day 07: |
Nubra Leh
Drive back from Nurba to Leh. Evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Hotel. |
| Day 08: |
Leh-Alchi
Drive from Leh to Alchi, Enroute visiting the Kali Maa Shrine at Spituk Monastery the magnetic hill, confluence of Indus and Zanskar rivers, Gurudwara Shri Ptthar Saheb. A leisurely afternoon at the village. Visit the monastery and relax at the river side. Explore the village. Dinner and overnight at hotel at Alchi. |
| Day 09: |
Trek: Alchi-Mangyu-Leh
Early morning check-out and trek from Alchi to Village of Mangyu with picnic lunch. Trek from Alchi to Mangyu village (03 Hrs). Explore the village and enjoy the picnic lunch. Evening walk to the bridge of Mangyu (02 Hrs.) where your car will be waiting for you. Driveto Leh. Dinner and overnight at Hotel. |
| Day 10: |
Leh Day at leisure. You may on foot explore the Leh town and the market to buy souvenirs, or may walk up to the Ladakh Ecological Center. Optional day for any other activities such as River Rafting or see a Cultural show or find any local happening such as Polo Match, Archery, a marriage etc. Dinner and overnight at Hotel. |
| Day 11: |
Leh-Delhi Early morning after breakfast, departure transfer to Leh airport. Fly Leh-Delhi. Met by representative and assistance transfer to Hotel at Delhi. |
| Day 12: |
Delhi Home Transfer to International airport to fly home. |
