Camp Hammock, Rani Chauri is located 72 kms from Rishikesh at a height of 7000 ft. amidst the apple orchards and surrounded by the thick Deodar & pine forest. Gives the panoramic view of the Himalayan peaks and the great sunset view.
Accessibility
1. Drive down in car / taxi from Delhi (7 - 8 Hrs) .
2. Morning Shatabdi train from Delhi till Haridwar ( 4 hrs ) and taxi from there(3 hrs )
3. Night train Mussoorie Express ( Leaving Old Delhi at 10:15 Pm and arriving Haridwar at 06.30 am) till Haridwar and then by road (3 Hrs).

Delhi : 295 kms ( 72 kms hill drive takes 2 hrs )

How to reach:
From Rishikesh drive 60 kms on Gangotri Road to reach small town of Chamba. Enroute you pass through Narendra Nagar, Phakot, Nangni villages. From the circle of Chamba take right turn on the road going towards New Tehri town from here drive another 3 kms to reach T point at village Badshahithaul. From where take right turn towards Pant Nagar University ( Hill campus )in Rani Chauri, Carry on this road for 8 kms to reach Camp Hammock. You will find Camp Hammock sign board exactly after 8 kms from Badshahithaul T point just where the black top road ends. Camp is located in an apple orchard near Village Danda Challi, which is also the end of the black top road.
